It is no longer possible to participate in the interdisciplinary conference program of therapie LEIPZIG 2027.
therapie LEIPZIG will take place from May 27 to 29, 2027, in Leipzig as a trade show featuring an accompanying conference on therapy, medical rehabilitation, and prevention.
With approximately 2,500 participants from across the German-speaking world, the conference is the industry’s largest and most interdisciplinary continuing education event. In addition to professional exchanges and hands-on demonstrations, participants can look forward to a first-rate and diverse continuing education program.
Information for Submitters
- Presentations in the conference program must be product- and vendor-neutral.
- The Conference Advisory Board will decide whether to include your presentation in the conference program.
- Final notification of the Conference Advisory Board’s decision, as well as the scheduling of presentation times, will be provided by October 2026.

What types of presentations can you expect?
Lecture
Specialist lecture (evidence-based) on current developments, research findings, or practice-relevant topics.
Duration: 1.5 or 3 hours (including discussion time)

Practical Course – Rehabilitation and Health Sports
Active course in a course tent without presentation technology, featuring hands-on participation and targeted use of training equipment.
Duration: 1 hour
Compensation
Fee per contribution:
- 1.5 hours: €200
- 3 hours: €300
If there are multiple speakers, the fee will be divided accordingly.
Speakers may use all congress and trade fair offerings free of charge on the day of their contribution.
Travel cost reimbursement
The following rules apply for travel expense reimbursement (distance from Leipzig):
- By car: €0.30 per kilometer
- By train: reimbursement of 2nd class ticket costs
- Public transport: reimbursement upon submission of receipts
Travel costs are covered up to a maximum of €170.
If needed, accommodation can be booked from the Leipzig Trade Fair hotel contingents.
Accommodation costs (max. €120 per night per contribution) will be covered.
Publication of abstracts
All accepted abstracts will be published on the conference website.
By submitting, presenters grant permission for their abstracts to be published on the website as well as in online and print media for conference communications.
